Engine Union Limited (“Engine Union”, “we”, “us”) provides introductions, coordination, logistics and communication support.

Engine repair/reconditioning work is supplied by an independent Partner Garage under that Partner Garage’s own terms and warranty.

Unless expressly stated in writing, Engine Union is not the provider of the mechanical repair/reconditioning service.

1. Introduction

1.1 Purpose – These Terms explain how Engine Union supports you with introductions, coordination, logistics and technical communication for engine-related repairs.

1.2 How our service works – We:

• help match your job to a suitable Partner Garage;
• coordinate bookings, updates and logistics;
• help you understand technical findings and options;
• remain your point of contact for support throughout the job.

1.3 Who carries out the repair work – Mechanical diagnosis, repair, machining, removal/installation and reconditioning are performed by the Partner Garage under its own terms and warranty.

1.2 Customer Support Promise

We built Engine Union to make a stressful process easier and clearer.
